Low Sugar Apple Squares
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups Splenda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups peeled,diced apples
- Optional Topping: Splenda mixed with cinnamon and/or chopped nuts
Directions:
- Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
- Beat eggs and oil in small bowl
- Add egg mixture to dry ingredients
- Fold in apples; mix well
- Spread on well greased cookie sheet
- Sprinkle toppings on top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
- Cool; cut into squares
- Serve plain or with whipped topping
