Low Sugar Apple Squares

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups Splenda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 cups peeled,diced apples
  • Optional Topping: Splenda mixed with cinnamon and/or chopped nuts

Directions:

  • Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
  • Beat eggs and oil in small bowl
  • Add egg mixture to dry ingredients
  • Fold in apples; mix well
  • Spread on well greased cookie sheet
  • Sprinkle toppings on top
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
  • Cool; cut into squares
  • Serve plain or with whipped topping
