Cinnamon Crumb Cake
Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 cup softened margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup milk
Directions:
- Combine first 6 ingredients
- Reserve 3/4 cup for topping
- Add egg, baking soda, vanilla, milk
- Beat thoroughly
- Pour into 8 x 8 lightly greased pan
- Sprinkle reserved topping over batter
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
