Cinnamon Crumb Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients
  • Reserve 3/4 cup for topping
  • Add egg, baking soda, vanilla, milk
  • Beat thoroughly
  • Pour into 8 x 8 lightly greased pan
  • Sprinkle reserved topping over batter
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
