Sour Cream Pecan Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cups margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • Filling: 12 oz. chopped pecans, 3 tbls. sugar; 1 1/2 tbls cinnamon

Directions:

  • Cream together; sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla
  • Mix in remaining ingredients
  • Pour one half of batter into Bundt pan
  • Sprinkle filling of nuts, cinnamon, sugar
  • Pour remaining batter over filling
  • Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clear
