Sour Cream Pecan Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cups margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- Filling: 12 oz. chopped pecans, 3 tbls. sugar; 1 1/2 tbls cinnamon
Directions:
- Cream together; sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla
- Mix in remaining ingredients
- Pour one half of batter into Bundt pan
- Sprinkle filling of nuts, cinnamon, sugar
- Pour remaining batter over filling
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees or until toothpick comes out clear
